There are thousands of greeting cards out there, and lots of stores that sell them, but at Jelibean Creatives, we offer something special and rarely found.

Have you known someone who’s been diagnosed with cancer or another serious illness? If so, you may have looked for a very special card to send in their time of stress. A simple “Get well soon” wasn’t the answer, spiritual cards seemed too serious, and uplifting messages may not have conveyed your support, love, and understanding.

While we have many celebratory cards, Jelibean Creatives has designed cards specifically for cancer patients and those with other serious illnesses. And what could be more supportive than humor? Our special touch of humor recognizes the patient’s situation and gives him or her a good hearty laugh, at themselves, their illness, and at life in general.

When my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, I can’t tell you how many times I looked for a card with the right message, but they fell short of what I really wanted to say. And there were none that would have made her laugh at her situation. Desperate, I sent her a photo of my Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shani, in a ballerina tutu, and wrote a little message about it. It made her laugh so much and helped her get through another day.

That’s when I realized there was a need for cards that addressed the cancer issue and humor seemed to be the best answer, because, as they say, and it’s been proven, laughter is the best medicine!

More importantly, you will also be helping others who suffer from the disease as a percentage of the cost of each Jelibean Creatives greeting card will be donated to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
